BEHAVIOUR OF BASALT HYGRO MECHANICAL BEHAVIOUR OF BASALT-ABACA HYBRID COMPOSITE SUBSTITUTED

ABACA HYBRID WITH CNT AS A FUNCTION OF FIBER OREINTATION AND PLY STACKING SEQUENCE

COMPOSITE LAMINATE . The main aim of the project is to prepare a laminate which can be effective to use

under moisture environment. For that based on the hydrophobic nature, selected

Abaca and Basalt fibre and with the substitution of CNT the water absorptivity

decreases. For preparing composite laminate adopted vacuum bagging method and

investigated about the effect of fibre orientation and ply stacking on the mechanical

loading and hygro mechanical loading. It can be used in the applications of making

drone wings and as a substitute material for the parts

of machinery working in moisture environment.

AERODYNAMIC ANALYSIS JULY - APRIL, 2017

ON PASSENGER CAR Aerodynamics is the study of these forces those get generated by the motion of air.

AND OPTIMISING ITS Aerodynamics will show its effect on the performance of the automotive like cars.

BODY SURFACE In the project a model of passenger car is considered and is modelled using modelling

software solid works and done analysis using ANSYS CFD to find out drag and lift

coefficients and made modifications required in design for improving its performance
