I was hired as a part time employee. I worked my way up to women's supervisor. During that time I merchandised product so it was appealing and flowed. That in turn raised sales. When one of the managers left on medical leave, I was promoted to take her place for about 8 months. I was in charge of our customer service score and motivating employees to process credit cards. Some other duties I had were making sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to be doing, taking care of all the management calls, cash office, closing the store and preparing the store for when we opened the next day. As of right now, I am men's supervisor with management authority. I also share responsibility of getting clearance rounds done in a timely manner. I have always continued to push credit and customer service. I have a great rapport with the customers. One of the major roles I play at Kohl's is a customer service rep. I address all customer concerns and resolve them promptly. I always have a positive attitude and maintain a smile.
