Coating Technician

Deposition of dielectric thin film material on optics. Using an electron beam gun to Evaporate material and depositing reflective coatings on optics in a vacuum. Quality Technician- Inspect, clean, mark, package coated, and uncoated optics, determine scratch-dig specifications using a microscope and/or standards, interpret specifications on customer blueprints, and perform mathematical calculations. Manipulate and clean fragile parts in a Clean Room environment.
