JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Monitoring the execution of the site. Execution is being done by Contractor/sub-contractors.

To carry out Site infrastructure Quality audit like PCC & PSC Poles, RSJ Pole, Single Phase and Three Phase, Transformer, BPL Connection, Earthling, and other Electrical installation at sites.

Ensuring smooth installation of single and three phase transformer LT & HT lines with service connection (APL & BPL) etc.

Labour Handling and maintaining safety in site including taking responsibility of proper shutdown on site during repairing.

Erection and commissioning of double circuit 11/33kv line.

Resolve any arising problems or complaints time to time.

Maintaining direct relationship with customer & vendors regarding site issues.

Responsible for Quality Audit with Customer & and services

Selection of Vendors and labor for the execution of site work

Complete Supervision/follow up for the work in progress.

Quality supervision of all the infrastructure items for the different sites over the area.

Handle the labour on the site and proper utilization of manpower.

Preparation of all documents of all the villages and reporting the same on a regular basis.

Dealing with client and maintain schedule and complete the work as per client requirement.

Maintaining and ensure for village handing over, collect taken over certificate (TOC) from client and client JMC.

Liaising and communication with concern Officers as required.

Dealing with contractors and prepare JMC, final JMC/Billing, Contractor wises Billing.

Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
