About Me

I am a motivated and diligent administrative assistant, who is fluent in Afrikaans and English. I am very comfortable with using Microsoft office to organise and complete a range of tasks. Through my work experiences I have learned a variety of different IT skills for different systems. I quickly find my own ways of working within the procedural guidelines and sharing best practice with others.

Working in many roles within customer service has taught me how to work well within fast paced dynamic teams and environments. I have had to engage with and connect with such a diverse array of people - either as stakeholders, customers or colleagues. The ability to collaborate and build sustainable and meaningful connections with people is essential.

Being a single parent to two young children has given me the opportunity to gain several valuable skills which are advantageous in the working environment. Being a full-time career and managing a household has taught me excellent project management, budgeting, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Throughout my role at PMSA I gained extensive knowledge and experience of stock control, tender acquisitions and engaging in stakeholders. My daily responsibilities included using Sage X3 to create and monitor stock requisitions, creating accurate stock take records and other administrative duties. On days I also helped out at front desk reception area. I am deeply passionate about driving excellent results and I am happy to support others to achieve as well. i am always keen to learn something new to help in the wider organisation
