Roles and Responsibilities held:

● Incoming goods Inspection

Photodiode fixing with pre and final torque and fixing tool, jig and fixture preparation done for defense product as per BDL(Bharat Dynamics Ltd.) instructions .

LASER WELDING:

LASER welding done with tack welding and seam welding method by using of NC programming structure.

creating programming method as per different types of G code M code, N code, with absolute and incremental method.

Operating system of LASER welding, seam welding.

vacuum baking process as per correct pressure and temperature schedule.

Axis method and tool position method as per x,y and z axis with correct angle welding setup as per different housing.

Aware of welding parameter setting, power setting, feed, depth, ramping, switch control system.

ONLINE INSPECTION:

Handle as a Quality Assurance Associate Key project of SAC and ISAC like X-band TRiB and C-band LTCC (Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic) –TriM, Ku-band SSPA (Solid state power amplifier), Ku- Band Channel Amplifier, Rate Contract, SAW (surface acoustic wave) filter, HMC (Hybrid microwave circuit) and other GI-SAT and RI-SAT which are using in satellite transponder.

CP (carrier plate) level Inspection like – Housing, carrier plate inspection, fasteners inspection, feed through, jigs, fixture, clamping tool, sealing jig, as per customer provided drawing.

Housing flatness,height,depth, length, parallelsm,thickness measurement of space products.

Fasteners head, pitch,depth, size measurement as per drawing specified values.

Receiver photodiode, package lid inspection, thread checking, fitment checking with vernier calipers, micrometer, height gauge,GO-NOGO gauge.
