NIRMAN VRIDHI INFRA PVT LTD, Chennai Jan19 to till

Nirman Vridhi is a construction services provider in the growing infrastructure space in India. Started

in the year 2011, the flagship project of the company was to design and build the complete civil and

hydro-mechanical works for the 97 Tashiding Hydropower Project. Over the years, it has extended its

growth into Metro projects completing numerous underground works in Delhi, Chennai and Mumbai

Metro.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Planning and billing work done in the executed site.

As a Civil Engineer monitoring the work processed in the site and executed in technical manner as well

as client prospects.

Supervise the Construction work process and ensure seamless execution.

Communicate to the clients and labors on the design and structural processes.

Walk through the designs with labors and coordinate with them for execution.

Analyze the structural work completed in the site and refine the design appropriately.

Supervise the procurement, consumption and storage of materials by contractors and subcontractors

involved in the projects.

Project Involved:

Under Ground Metro Tunneling work in Mumbai near colaba. Metro Railway tunneling work started in

Mumbai connecting from Mumbai colaba to Bandra seepz for this phase 1 sated between the area

Cuffe parade-Vidhan bhawan-Church gate-Hutatma chowk and CST stations for around 65000 crores

project taken by L&T,STEC.

In Cuffe Parade Station two Stabilizing underground tunnel upline tunnel and Downline tunnel both are

200 mtrs respectively.

Both the tunnels are executed in NATM method (NEW AUSTRIAN TUNNELING METHOD) with primary

and secondary lining also carried out in those tunnel.

In hutatma chowk 232 mtrs tunnel in that around 143 mtrs was executed by NATM method and the

remaining length covered by TBM machine.

In Church Gate, above surface shaft area has been cleared by blasting and excavation work carried in

the station area.

Accomplishments:

In Cuffe Parade both Upline and Downline tunnel are initially Excavated by NATM method carried out

Underground blasting with proper team work and well experienced technical members were worked

in the tunnel. In the Excavation work as a civil engineer I have to lead the team for everyday

progression and as well as complete safety given out to the both workers and to working area. Since its

an underground blasting but the vibrations and noise nuisance also have consider in that moment

because the work is located in the main ruling city.

It takes one and half year to complete the excavation with complete supporting works has been done.

Once the Excavation completed next through the lining work for both the tunnels.

Primary and secondary lining works are well planned and carried out safetly in both tunnels.

For secondary lining Concrete 6mts Temporary movable structure was used in both the tunnel and it

was concrted by Invert for bottom concrete and Overt for Top level concrete was Completed for 400

mtrs

After completed both the tunnels there was air passage for 8 mtrs is connecting in between those at

the end of the tunnel.

The Air passage area was well excavated and completed upto the Secondary lining level.

The projects I had involved in were completed successfully on the agreed time line with seamless

execution and promised quality.

In Hutatma Chowk we only done Excavation work for around one year because of the time lapse and

the area was located in monumental historical place so we dont have the permission for further

carried NATM method in the tunnel.

For 143 mtrs well Excavated by NATM method simply done by proper planned and executed in

complete satisfaction of the client.

In Church Gate station we worked only in Shaft area that means excavated the surface area by open

blasting and it completed in two months.

All the works are well planned and analyzed well and executed in proper manner importantly well

maintained relation between the clients as well as the sub contractors.

Sabari Constructions is a well established construction company in Chennai for around two decades.

They are involved in Architectural and structural design, construction of variety of buildings and all

construction related makeovers. They provide an ideal platform to be involved in all the phases of the

the foundation level to the elevation level. I was actively involved in the supervision of the

construction site.

Renovation of Apartment in Anna nagar. The previous architectural structure of the apartment was

flawed. I had provided

vided a comprehensive analysis of the structure and redesigned the entire structure. I

was involved in the supervision of the construction materials management.

Construction of industrial building for Shamojit industries in Pune. I was actively involved in the

drafting of Architectural and structural drawings from the basic structural level.

Draft of entire architectural design for 6750sqft office building in Pune for Shamojit industries

industries. I had

effectively contributed towards the complex overall design and drafting of structural drawings.

I was involved in the Design of 1000 sqft of Structural Truss for Royal marbles in Bangalore

Bangalore.

The design I had drafted for G+4 residential building in oldwashermenpet was critically acclaimed by

my supervisors

upervisors to be at par with designs drafted by experienced professionals. I was also appreciated
