Oversaw the functional, technical, commercial, financial and human resources to execute the Front-End Loading (Conceptual and Basic Engineering plus EPC) for a USD 35 MM and. 11 MM scfd Hydrogen plant at its upgrading facilities (Foster Wheleer / Dresser-Rand).

Deliver tactical project support activities to assure a timely project execution and cost targets. Especial emphasis was placed on critical areas such as safety, schedule, contract & negotiations, project reporting, control, purchasing, transportation, customs and audits.
