Implemented productivity improvement plan, which resulted in company savings of over $45K in one year.

•Rangaire Mfg: Gather critical data at E-coat paint department for a period of 6 months, after improvements were implemented scrap cost was reduced 75%, rework cost was reduced 80% by eliminating a night shift crew of 5 employees doing rework and rework material, for a saving of over 300k.
