Project: Enterprise Hedis Vendor Implementation

Role: Senior ETL Developer

Description:

NCQA( National Committee for Quality Assurance) has updated their guidelines and all health plans are required to utilize and implement a NCQA certified HEDIS Vendor solution for purposes of HEDIS production effective HEDIS MY2021.

The current software tool is Cotiviti QI that supports HEDIS reporting of Public Plans for 2020 measures. The new implementation is for Commercial ad Senior plans.

The objective is to use the NCQA certified vendor solution for 2021 measures HEDIS reporting, so that THP can meet regulatory requirements and align with corporate goals for operational efficiency and innovation.

As part of this change primarily working with MEMBER, VISITS, CLAIMS, RX, ENROLLMENT, PROVIDER data. Source is Oracle . Target is MS SQL Server. Using Informatica PowerCenter 10.2 for Data integration.

Responsibilities:

Understand the existing source system(Datawarehouse) and identifying relationships between tables there to extract data and load in the SQL server which is going to send data to Cotiviti

As there are millions of records building an optimum solution which does not take hours to process Bulk Data.

Project: JBI speaker programs data flow into Veeva Salesforce

Role: Team Leader/ Senior ETL Developer

Description:

PCYC Veeva allows HCASs to target HCPs in their territory to attend speaker events in-order to promote Imbruvica sales. The purpose of this project is to enhance the HCAS ability to invite attendees for JBI hosted speaker events -

•Increase prescriber attendance

•Increase Imbruvica Sales

The solution is to onboard JBI dataset, following the standard ETL process to make it available in VEEVA. Review existing ETL objects and modify them accordingly such that data is received from the source and loaded into Veeva Salesforce CRM. All new HCP data shall be mastered and verified. Using Informatica PowerCenter 10.2 for ETL.

Description:

The goal of the current INsight Sunset project is to reroute MDM and other services and processes to eliminate connection to INsight from the Licensing system so that we can decommission INsight. At the same time we must ensure that we maintain the overall integrity of the system. Implementing in same in Informatica PowerCenter 10.x.

The INsight application was implemented in 1997 providing the functionality to enter deal terms, administer and amend contracts for Merchandise Licensing and Publishing, report royalties, process work-offs, and send invoice and posted transactions to SAP. In July 2017, FADEL’s IPM software went live to replace INsight.

To comply with Disney Corporate policies, data from licensing applications must be retained and archived for legal and audit purposes.

Project: Salesforce ACS Data Integration

Description: This project is an integration between different Legacy systems to Salesforce for Americas, APAC and EMEA region. Data on the legacy system is mapped to the SFDC using Informatica Power Center 9.x. providing a design for data extraction and data loading. The design relates legacy data formats to the SFDC formats and requirements. We migrate data from legacy CRM data to SalesForce.com. The typical objects are Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, Cases. This project gave me opportunity to work on Integration with salesforce.com, the cloud application which is being used widely all over and replacing the age-old systems.

Responsibilities:

●Involved in gathering and analyzing the requirements and preparing business rules for migration from Oracle to Informatica. Involved in Performance Tuning of mappings in Informatica.

●Designed and developed complex mappings by using Lookup, Expression, Update, Sequence generator, Aggregator, Router, Stored Procedure, etc., transformations to implement complex logics while coding a mapping. Worked with Informatica power center Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor and Repository Manager.

●Developed and maintained ETL (Extract, Transformation and Loading) mappings to extract the data from multiple source systems like Oracle, Flat Files, and loaded into Oracle and Salesforce Application.

●Developed Informatica Workflows and sessions associated with the mappings using Workflow Manager.

Project: Siebel AM Integration

Description: This project is an integration between various applications/systems used by GEHC for Americas Business along with Siebel. GEHC Americas is the Siebel project in which data is getting migrated from 140 different sources to Siebel 8. This project is based on Agile model. One of the biggest entities of GEHC where plan is to club all the mini sources of data inputs to business at one place –Siebel. Some sources will be extinct, and for others proper synchronizations are getting prepared as per project plan.

This project gave me opportunity to work on Teradata apart from regular Oracle databases. Also, there was

SOX and Handshake implementation in the interfaces for full proof execution of the interface.

Responsibilities:

●Worked in different changes of project from Development, enhancement, and production maintenance.

●Worked on view to extract data and load into target based on incremental Strategy.

●Used mapping to variable to set last updated date and load only incremental data.

●Extensively used Informatica Power Center tools and Transformations such as Lookup, Aggregator, Joiner, Ranking, Update Strategy.

Project: LifeScience ePresence / Role: ETL Developer

Description: The main aim of the ePresence Program was to convert the LifeScience eCommerce portal built on Lotus Notes to WebSphere platform. This aim was achieved by changing the existing underlying interfaces and creating new batch interfaces for the processing.

The project addressed problem related to processing of multiple hierarchy data from STEP system, multiple Order integrations for multiple ERP systems and once a day Batch updates for Product and Product Hierarchy data. The project gave me opportunity to work on XML Generator and XML Parser transformations.

●Analysis of the requirements stated by the client. Preparing High Level Log after analyzing requirements.

●Interacting with different teams for getting the HLL resolved.
