I was responsible for checking of proper fitment of Mechanical components in assembly of different equipment like Plasma Freezer, Laminar Airflow Bench, Refrigerated Centrifuge, Blood Bag Tube Sealer, Blood collection Monitor, Blood Donor Couch.Also, I assembled and did electrical wiring for Blood Bag Tube Sealer, Blood Collection Monitor, Laminar Air Flow and examined wiring correctness by running the equipment.

Technical Skills and Training:

Completed Final Year Engineering Project by making prototype “Electrical Passenger Car” and using it in campus for visitor ride from main Gate to Administrated office. This prototype having very good future to convert it in mass production.

Completed 2 Months (June and July2019) Industrial Training in Goldwyn Limited (A LED Lighting Company) Noida Phase-2 and got hand on experience on Injection Molding, Lathe Machine, Surface Grinding Machine, Arc Welding Machine. These processes are used for making the Punch and die for Production of LED Lighting component, fixture and covers.

Certification and Training:

Certified “NDT Level II in Dye Penetrant Testing” in May 20 for inspection and finding defects in welding, casting and forging components

Inhouse Training in Imperial Biotech for House Keeping and 5’S to maintain and keep proper cleaning at Production Floor and office

Participated in autocad/solid works workshop in college in 2018.
