Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible to establish and maintain safety system in accordance with DOPET HSE policy and Procedure manual
Be well conversant with DOPET HSE policy and procedure manual including Emergency procedure and other applicable procedure and requirement and ensure that they are complied with all Dopet and sub contractor work area
Shall be knowledge in specific relevant safety technique and have a working knowledge of the legal and contractual requirements that must be met
Knowledge of health requirements, rules and regulations and ability to monitor compliance
Plan and carry out HSE inspections periodically and report the performance of the implemented safety system to the HSE Manager and site management
Carry out site inspections and daily site safety surveillance effectively to ensure compliance with applicable procedures and safe working practices
Direct control of Safety Technicians and / Fire watch
Attend Safety meetings with client
Prepare HSE Documents and submit to client / Consultant/ HO
Duties and Responsibilities
All Internal communication to Staff and Subcontracts on HSE Management System
Ensuring the participation of employees and subcontractors in assessing the OH&S risks and environmental impacts and investigating incidents
Maintaining legal Records as per the company’s Act and implement the same lab areas
Collect data for carbon tool and send the report to HO
Conduct HSE committee meeting and maintain the records

Daily inspection for ETP plant and coordinate with the concerned department for hazardous materials removal
