2015 -2017, Indra, Colombia - System Support. Responsible for supporting one of the company’s key clients in Colombia, EPSA – utility power company, with their mission critical Utilities Billing, Accounting and Online Payment systems. My direct responsibilities included ensuring continuity and availability of these systems by applying proactive maintenance and troubleshooting focusing on quality assurance and quality control.
