Job Responsibilities
(Restaurant Marketing Coordinator)
Assisting the Restaurant Manager in executing Restaurant Marketing Plans and train Party Staff on various stations to develop them for Captainships.
As the Captain of Party/Function, I am accountable for directly supervising the Party staff as they attend the bookings and inquiries, plan and hold the event.
Conceptualize and implement public relations programs, tie-ups, and sponsorships from key traffic generators.
Lead Function Team by delegating duties, assigning specific tasks and ensuring that the team members are prepared for the event.
Maintain a positive work environment for the Function Team members and guests during each shift.
Oversee the excellent implementation of the Birthday Party/Functions Program. Perform party hosting when needed.
