Worked as Trainee Instrumentation Engineer @GM Sugars Pvt Ltd. Period: 6 Months. Plant: 13 MW CO-GEN, 4500 TCD, Fully Automated Power Plant by Seimens DCS, SCP by SEDL. Software: Seimens DCS, WinCC, PLC.

Profile: 1.Calibration of Instruments like Honeywell DPT, PT, LT, Actuators, Sensors. 2. Installation and Maintainance of Sensors, Actuators, RTDs, Motorised Valves, PID Controllers, Pneumatic Actuators.

3. Installation of Cables from Field to DCS and Making Connections of it. 4. Maintainance & Hadling of Air Compressors and UPS.

INTERNSHIP:

Completed 15-days industrial training at “Edge Graphics Design Solutions” at Kolhapur in Decembers 2017. During internship we learn PCB manufacturing process of various circuits and successfully designed PCB for various application used in remotes, LEDs, Transformers etc.

CERTIFICATIONS:

1. Completed 2-Day workshop on “PLC Basics” at KIT’s COE, Kolhapur in year 2017-18. In which we learn how to handle PLC, and software basics. Certification of Training In PCB Design And Manufacturing, Kolhapur.

2. Completed 2-Day workshop on “Embedded Systems”” at KIT’s COE, Kolhapur in year 2017-18. In which we learn programming on the softwares Keil µVison and simulation on Proteus. Interfacingthe micro-controller with various devices like LCD, DC servo motors, relay circuit, sensors.

3. Successfully completed 2-Day workshop on the “Antenna Design, Fabrication and Testing”at KITs COE, Kolhapur. Programme conducted by MUMLAB Technologies Sept 2017, covering the Design and Fabrication Antenna on basis of frequency and Testing of it.
