COTA duties of traditional sub-acute rehab setting for progression of clients back to their prior level of education and implementation of adaptive technics and devices to allow clients to return home w/ family. During this time, I was part of a Fall Prevention Team as well as worked w/ the activities director to promote client participation in meaningful activities that can also be therapeutic. The Fall Prevention Team met daily to address any new falls in the last day or week that I would personally address and correct to prevent further falls.
At this time, it has come to my knowledge recently that this company is no longer inhouse in this facility and have moved to areas.
