Worked with the Executive Vice President to develop and execute the planning for a 70,000 sq. ft. expansion. Generated significant benefits from the Putnam County IDA. Interfaced with all outside attorneys. Supervised auditors by managing 7 audits per year, financial, banking, sales tax, and 401K. The company under my financial guidance has grown 150% in sales 2009 to 2018. (2019 is expected to be a banner year as well.) Member of the Finance Committee for our Captive Insurance company, Foodservice Risk Management (“FSRM”) as such manage Workers' Compensation forecasting and General Causality insurance, interface with all insurance brokers to provide statistics and feedback from the ownership. I founded this company to serve the (Middle Market) companies to help them compete against the mega distributors in the industry. We built sales, marketing and food analytical tools for our clients. We taught them how to acquire other companies, value their own companies, how to prepare for the most import sale they would ever make and prepare for the process of a transaction. Designed an internet-based Business Intelligence system. Developed and implemented the Balanced Score Card™ Technology for one of my clients. Established an internship program with Syracuse University. My first graduate went on to Yale MBA school and into the Investment Banking world.

In 1987 I was hired as Vice President & CFO of the Bevaco. In 1988, we completed the sale to IU International. To avoid a hostile takeover, I wrote an 18 module Leveraged Buy Out model. With the help of a manufacturer “Sara Lee” injected $30 million of PIK Preferred stock into our deal to keep SYSCO out of the Carolina’s. Sara Lee owned PYA Monarch in Greenville, SC and our flag ship was Biggers brother in Charlotte, NC. To this day, SYSCO is weak in the Carolina’s
I participated [invested my own cash] and was issued Pre-IPO Stock in a$237 million LBO, then recruited for the IPO team. I also held the title of Vice President of Biggers Brothers, Roanoke Restaurant Service, and King’s Foodservice Inc. Developed synergies between the 5 companies, integrated computer systems, purchasing systems, financial controls and incentive systems. Those combined companies were then known as US Foods.
