PROJECT: Development to Four Laning of Varanasi Gorakhpur Section of NH- 29 from Km 148.000 (Design Chainage 149.540) to Km 208.300 (Design Chainage 215.160).

Location: Kaudiram, Gorakhpur.

Duration: Feb 2019 to Aug 2020.

Railway site engineer Sept. 2020 – Present. Organization - MK Agrawal construction Chhattisgarh.

• Railway project. • Oversee all construction, maintenance, and operations activities on project sites.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing, monitoring site activities with positive approach to achieve Successful completion of project within stipulated time. • Site execution and supervision.

• Setting out, levelling, and surveying the site.

• Checking plans, drawing and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

• Site inspection for civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per the project specification.

• Co-ordinating and updating the project head about the progress..

• Day to day management of the site including supervising and monitoring the site labours

• Monitoring of schedule through daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.

• Verifying and certifying over all Bills and quantities of the ongoing construction at the site.

• Checking and assuring the quality of overall materials present at the site which are used for the construction by performing various lab test.

• Execution & Monitoring DLC with Sensor paver layer according to their design level in the tolerance as per MORTH.

• Making Daily Progress Report (DPR), Daily Labor Report(DLR), Measurement Book(MB), Bills of the Petty Contractor, Bar Bending Schedule(BBS), Check List and Work Permit as per the drawings and the constructions at the site.

• Supervision, Execution, Monitoring and Inspection of constructions at the site with right drawings, technique, knowledge, manpower and tools in order to increase the quality.

• Experienced in Final documentation& Handing over. TRAINING UNDERTAKEN

• Completed 4 Weeks of Internship from PUBLIC WORK DEPARTMENT (PWD) GORAKHPUR in the area of ROAD CONSTRUCTION .
