● Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification.

● Check the materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.

● Resolving technical issue with employer's representation, suppliers, sub- contractors and statutory authorities.

● Estimating quantity of different site work. Concrete, block/work, plaster, painting electrical /work, water supply, tiles and marble work.

● Controlling and maintaining different site activities e. g dealing with the clients and consulting, coordination with different sub-contractors, arranging materials for the site work.

● Monitoring and observing workers in the site make sure they are working as per the drawings, make sure that the work is going on under the safety requirements.

● Check the slump of concrete on site.

● Prepare daily reports for every day site work and submit to the consult Other Roles & Responsibilities

● Proven working experience in civil engineering

● Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar

● Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals e t c

● Project management and supervision skills

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
