Program Allen Bradley PLC's, install energy efficient lights throughout the entire production area, install new machines.

Execute all programming, installation and changes on the plant floor including PLC, HMI and quality control equipment.

Repair and maintain of all electrical equipment.

Repair and maintain steam boilers i.e mobrey switches, induced draft fan,forced draft fan blown down valve .

Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and HVAC systems.

Connect and wire in VFD motors; inspect to ensure proper function and operation.

Perform periodic maintenance upon and rebuild VFD, traction drive and rack & pinion elevators on an open structure.

a)Identify and report maintenance issues in relation to plant, equipment and accessories which includes making recommendations for improvements on systems and processes;

b) Contribute to planning of work and the allocation of tasks to assist with appropriate decision making;

c)Completes appropriate documentation and updating records as required;

d)Prepare reports of a technical nature on specific tasks or assignments as directed;

e) Provides technical guidance and diagnostic advice to staff as part of a work team;

f)Attends to breakdowns as fast and safe as possible eliminating lost time and down time of machinery or equipment.

g)Undertakes warranty work and inspection of parts for suitability of use where required, which includes;

1. liaising with relevant service providers and contractors

2. monitoring and requesting replacement and/or new plant and equipment as required;

3.providing technical advice to staff as required;

4.undertake quality control as required;

5. completing appropriate documentation as required;

h) Checks service intervals where necessary and arrange the overhaul of plant and equipment as needed;

i) Performs inspections which include Non Destructing Testing Methods, visual inspections, sound monitoring on switch rooms, machines, electrical panels, boiler house, cooling systems,, water treatment plants,
