Job Responsibilities:

(ERP)

Working as a Supply Chain & Operation (Material Management Analyst) for all the Spices & Condiments & Frozen Vegetables & Ready to eat, Pickles, Sauce, Jam, Ketchup, Categories.

Maintain all the BRC related Documents on daily basis.

Prepare last three Months Article wise finished row material Spice report.

Coordinate with the transporters & arrange the vehicle & helping for timely & Safe Delivery of Finished goods.

Prepare customer feedback report related to delivery & Quality by coordinate with them.

Prepare packing list against the finished goods in the Invoice.

Prepare (RM) summaries on daily, weekly and monthly cycle by using ERP & MS Excel tools.

Daily stock taking and inventory maintain spice section.

RM, PM Stock maintain on Daily basis.

Weekly and monthly Enhancement in (ERP)

Daily Review with Logistics department for planning, implementation and monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity.

Material physical day by day check.

Daily Morning at 10:00 AM MIS reporting of Factory Manager, GM and All HO team.

Maintain all the documents related to logistic department like P.O., Invoice Copy and Packing List.

Material management.

Inventory management.

Monthly stock taking with finance team.
