PROJECTS:

Project #1 Solar pump Driver

Obtained the pump maximum output torque using MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tacking) method and this method is tested as per MNRE standard and global MPPT algorithm using simulator and real time solar. Pump water output is measured using flow meter and drive power is analyzed by power analyzers. Initial drive test is done by torque generator as per the drive specifications. Pump communication signal are tested and verified by DSO and signal analyzer.

Instrument Used: Power analyzer, DSO, Signal analyzer, Flow meter and dynamometer (torque generator)

Project #2 E-Rickshaw Drive

E-Rickshaw is a complete model of Electrical Vehicle (EV) from controlling of key start to break operation. This project contains the communication system and driver control system. Mechanical brake system testing for system static operation control and full load test is done by more than 5 passengers in dynamic loading (start with heavy load and running time loading). Done Hill climbing test at 25degree angle inclination. Electrical break testing is done in both low friction and high friction surface in slop and normal surface.

Instrument Used: Power analyzer, DSO, Signal analyzer, speed-o-meter, dynamometer (torque generator)

Project #3 Super Fan

Super Fan is a Modern smart and energy saving and won two-time BEE national awarded ceiling fan. BLDC motor controller for controlling speed and power as per the standard. Design and testing Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS) from 230 to 23 voltage from controlling total harmonic and voltage fluctuation. IR remote controller module signal strength using DSO and power analyzer. MOSFET dead time calculation and debugging of hardware and software design analyze.

Instrument Used: Power analyzer, DSO, Signal analyzer, speed-o-meter.
