• Responsible to review the contract documents Including Design and Technical specifications/Approvals of Drawings and Materials,

• Responsible for Design, Engineering and Construction of Electrical system

• Reviewing the Rating and Re Calculation of Loads & Ratings of ACB, MCCB, ELCBs, isolators, Capacitor Banks, Relays, other circuit breakers & preparation of Cable sizes for different loads with voltage drop calculation for wire and power cables.

• Installation of Cable Trays, Cable Ladders & Cable Trunking for all the Electrical Services used in substation & entire building.

• Complete Project Control for Execution & Commissioning with the coordination of Client & Consultant. Liaise with Local authority to obtain the approval and prefer the documents for the submission.

• Responsible for making the shop drawing for Electrical works from the contract drawings.

• Monitor and supervise the preparation, review and approval of engineering, fabrication and construction deliverables to ensure comments from key stakeholders are incorporated appropriately.

• Coordinate the Construction activities as per the drawing, Specification and project documents in accordance with the project requirement and Experienced in dealing with site engineer and sub contractor and site worker.

• Supervision of Project construction and monitoring of all Electrical activities consists of Electrical wiring & Installation of Low Voltage system and Cabling & Termination, Panel Board Erection. Applied International Standards.

• Responsible for the installation of 1600A & 2000A Bus Bar trunking.

• Responsible for the execution of works in luxurious villas.

• Overall co ordination and technical liaison with Consultant, Clients and Vendors.

• Manage various contractors and sub contractors on site.

• Prepares material take off, bill of quantities, budgetary and cost estimates.

• Liaise with design team and construction team to resolve technical and interface issues.

• Studying the contractual documents, Drawings, BOQ and coordination with related stakeholders for any discrepancy.

• Attend progress and technical meetings regularly.

• Review shop drawings, daily, weekly and monthly reports.

• Planning, scheduling and determining manpower for the project, leading project electrical team from conceptual stage. • Attend technical meeting with team manager.

• The construction site also read and studies electrical plans (usually done by electrical design engineer) and implements it in the site, and sometime does necessary actions whether to correct or to improve the design.

• Electrical installation, Inspection on electrical conducting & wiring work with respect to electrical design. Preparing the load schedules, lightning load calculations.

• Working with design and project inspection team to look after the work during initial and midlevel stage of the project to carry out the work as per project defined code and standards.

• For wiring regulation, all work done as per BS 7671 and NFPA 70 standards.

• Check all electrical power and lighting layout drawings as per defined codes of project which is defined during initial stage of project.

• Check and verify material submittals for electrical items under supervision of design management team.

• Preparing load schedules for small light power DBs, SMDBs and MDBs as per project defined load.
