Roles & Responsibilities:

● Review and distribution of Quality Plan including Inspection stages after through study of Specification & Customer requirements.

●Responsible for customer complaints and take corrective action by using 5 why Analysis.

●Ensure monitoring of process capability & Implementation and review control charts for special characteristic.

●Implement corrective and preventive action for customer complaint & in process rejected.

●Coordinating with the customer during the plant visit and providing feedback on the findings of the customer audit through systematic manner.

●Disposal of Non-conforming products as per the documented procedure.

●Conduct the Internal quality audits, process, and product and system audit on regular basis.

●Closing of Non Conformities at the stipulated time period.

●Implementation & revision of standards such as Work instruction / Standard Operating Procedures.

●Maintain the History of all measuring instruments, calibration history and service history.

●Responsible for maintaining Customer quality system and internal quality system

●Responsible for implementing poke yoke and Kaizen for customer complaint and internal rejection.

●Responsible for reducing internal rejection through QC story approach.

●Ensure Product quality on document inspection.

●To ensure the fulfillment & standardization as per the ISO 9001:2015 standards.
