Monitoring Below Operation of Plant

o Ware house (Crude naphthalene crush by jaw crusher & melted by melter. ) o Naphthalene refine Section (Known as chemical treatment of crude naphthalene followed by dehydration & distillation.)

o Sulphonation (Known for Formation of BNSA.)

o Neutralizer (Known for formation of SBS & generation of SO2 gas by acid base neutralization.) o Crystallizer & Filtration (Filtering SBS by using a centrifuge pusher, Nudge filter.) o Other operation – Acidification, Fusion, Dissolver. o Plate type heat exchanger, Condenser, Tray dryer

Looking after the plant operation, below responsibilities- o Look after PLC,DCS and SCADA.

o To maintain and control various documents related to production, quality developments as per the SOP procedure.
