Subros has manufacturing plants at Noida (2 nos.), Manesar, Pune, Chennai, and Sanand with an annual capacity of 1.5 million AC Kits per annum beside a well equipped R & D centre and Tool Room at noida.Subros manufactures compressors, Radiator, Heat Exchangers and all connecting elements. Involved in all process improvements.

PFMEA review as per plan & RPN reduction as per Target.

Eliminate unprofitable activity in process through 3M.

Eliminate Quality problem through QC tools. and initiate Corrective and Preventive action (CAPA)

Knowledge of Cp & Cpk study.

Knowledge of Process audit, Product audit, System audit, Dock audit, .

Knowledge of Automotive quality management system IATF -16949-2016.

Ensuring the Document Control within the organization.

Ensuring the records are established and Maintain.

Root Cause analysis through simulation of possible causes.

Prepare Quality documents as per customer requirement.

Document update Like PFMEA, Control Plan, Operation Standard as per customer Requirement.

Rejection & Re-work Control through Continual improvement

Red bin analysis & action plan for top three defect / as per 80-20 rule.

Poke-yoke implementation on occurrence & detection stage.

Verify record & maintain any change in 4'M.

Suggestion and Kaizen implementation.

Achieve PPM target as per AOP.
