Engineering Experience

Short Term Trainee, Delphi-TVS Technologies, Oragadam : 1 Year

I have worked in common rail manufacturing department. We manufacturing more than 15 types of rail. In these, we inspect every rail to make sure there is no defect, oil leakage, air leakage and to test whether It can withstand high pressure or not. Then we assemble the rail with respective sensor and PLV head. Finally packing the rail after quality test.

Machines that I have exposed from my experience were Sonplus, Maximator, Airflow test, Navn washing, Lance, Aquarase.

Implemented 5s maintenance like providing holder and racks for master rail to minimize the packing time.

Areas of Interest:

Expecting as a Graduate Engineering Trainee/Supervising the process of manufacturing in specific department like production, quality/supplier quality, maintanence, safety.

Description:

Purpose of project :

oPatients affected by partial disabilities like Paralysis, Stroke or even after Surgery, they need an aid for doing exercises in an effective manner without the help of another person.

oThis provide the lateral rotational movement to the upper limbs, which has to be placed in the arm of the chair.

oThis provides the essential movement to limbs, which is used to attain the proper blood circulation, with the help of reversible rotation achieved by infrared sensors.

oParticipated in 3 days long in Sundram Fasteners in Aviyur which is Organised by TVS Group.
