2020 to Till now – “Technical Assistant (Temp)” at “P.W.D, Kurinchipadi

Division”

Responsibilities Summary:

38 crores project of Constructing Check Dam at Kumaramangalam, Cuddalore,

Did Survey and gave leveling and managed around 100+ peoples. Daily

supervision for quality control and making sure project comes as per

approved plan and expectation in timely manner. Regularly giving progress

report to A.E and E.E.

2019 to 2020 – “Supervisor” at “J.P.K Builders, Pondy”

Responsibilities Summary:

Site visiting and looking after project completion, from beginning till interior

completion. Managing daily labors demand and their work, and orchestrating

Material purchase, Salary distribution, daily work allotment and following up.

Coordinating with customer and getting their requirement & follow ups.

2017 to 2019 – Co-Founded “Orange Home Designer and Promoters” at Pondy.

Responsibilities Summary:

Completed 4 buildings so far. Took care of Soil test, Planning as per

requirement, Structural design, Estimation, Agreement Preparation. Managed

Labor, material, Cost and delivered project in agreed time.

2016 to 2017 - “Supervisor” at “J Ravi Homes, Anna Nagar, Chennai”

Responsibilities Summary:

Did interior designing management, including Modular Kitchen, Staircase

design, False roof, Paint work, Floor design, Wood Works, Electrical and

Plumbing equipment installation.

2014 to 2016 – “Head of Draftsman” at “P.S. Consultants, Pondy”

Responsibilities Summary:

Managed team of Engineers, and served Factories with their extension and

new building commission. Our work involves Plan drafting, Estimation & Blue

print setup preparation and following up with Pondicherry Planning

Authority and Inspector of Factories for approval.
