Preparing various submittals such as Shop Drawings Submittal, Material Submittal Method Statement, Request for information, Request for Change, Technical Submittal for approval from the Consultant
Filing the drawings and all the technical submittals as per the project filing index
Coordinate with all concerned departments for all related document control issue

Responsible for retrieving and filling of Files
Compiles and maintains control records and related files to release drawings and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments:
Examines documents, such as drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data.
