all Pediatric Nephrological

Emergencies and OPDs and look

after er Dialysis, Transplantation, and

ICU patients. Another clinical

responsibility is to do research

and learn all procedures.

I was appointed as manager of

clinical affairs in one of the best

NGOs covering almost all

pediatric emergencies of tertiary

care hospitals in Karachi and a few

other hospitals in Sindh, province.

My role was to perform both

clinical and administrative work.

On the ground, I worked as an

emergency physician to manage

all sick patients landing in a

pediatric emergency and to teach

and train junior doctors. As a

managerial post, I prepared and

maintained accurate documents

and data followed and managed

organization policies.
