FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Performs general repair, hanging doors, drills and set door hardware, windows, general layout for stairs and common rafters, Reads and interprets instructions and documentation plans work order activities in the department.
Provides material estimates, sets up work site, transports equipment and materials to work site, Order parts and materials for stock replenishment maintenance of inventory and ensuring availability of required items.
Processes and files work order records and documents for references and audit, Perform preventative maintains on equipment tool by cleaning, inspection and minor repairs.
