Summary of professional experience and qualification: Nearly 20 years’ experience in Marine industry, with 9 years in senior positions of Marine, Chartering, Insurance, Commercial & Marine Operations specialized in crude oil tankers. 2017- 2019. Oversee all commercial & chartering activities for a fleet of 04 vessels trading in Caribs & Central America. Involved directly with Post-Fixture, insurance claims, preparation of commercial KPI, arranging bunker operations, monitoring daily operations. 2012-2016 I was occupying the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CV Shipping Pte Ltd, which is a joint venture shipping company between PetroChina and PDVSA as shareholders. Our office is located in Singapore; our fleet consist in 4 VLCC focused in the transport of crude oil from America to Asia. As COO I was responsible of all operating and commercial activities of the company, cost, revenue, business strategic and preparation of reports to the Board of Directors of the organization. I was on charge since the negotiation and end of the project of construction, delivery and operation of the 04 vessels in Bohai Shipyard, China.

2009-2011 I was on charge for the chartering & commercial operations for the PDVSA oil tankers fleet into the PDVM-OSG International Aframax Pool. I was part of the team whose managed all commercial activities for a fleet of more than 40 Aframax vessels. 2007-2008 I was responsible for adequate and effective marine operations and implementation of HSSEQ for a fleet of 08 crude oil vessels. Monitoring vessel position, vessel report, arrange mandatory regulatory inspections of vessels.

Good knowledge in BIMCO standard contracts such as SUPPLYTIME, BARECOM, Shell –Time, AsbaTank Voy.

Strong knowledge in pre-fixture, post fixture, market intelligence specialized in oil tankers segment. Good knowledge and understanding of regulatory conventions such as SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, MLC 2006 and mandatory rules and regulations, applicable codes, guidelines and standards; class requirement for statutory compliance.
