While working at Something Sweet, I was in charge of doing quality checks and verifications every half hour in all departments. This consisted of weight checks, temperature checks, verifying that department leads were doing their paperwork, making sure all staff were following all GMP's that were in place, assisting in training of GMP's, assisting in preparation for SQF audits and assisting during the SQF audits, doing weekly internal Audits of the facilities and doing a check list, sending out Maintenance requests, doing specific gravity readings, PH readings, Calibration of PH meter weekly, collecting at the end of the day all department paperwork, checking them accuracy and verify them when complete, filling out Product release forms, and at the end of the day I was responsible for collecting all the data for the day, products used throughout the day (weight amounts), product left over (weight amounts), making sure anything leftover was properly ticket for amount, date, lot codes, calculating complete count of finished products, Making sure all finished product was properly coded and dated, and emailing all the information to the Plant Manager
