Supervising the Component Development and Despatch.

To-coordinate with Development team to arrange the CFT for new Revision/Process Changing Component.

To arrange the internal meeting with Customer and Production Manager for Prepare the Process of Development Components.

To arrange the meeting for technical Review with customer, Quality, Production and Internal Team Members.

Attend high-level Monthly meetings with superiors and customers regarding monthly target and all Component issues.

Job responsibilities:

Preparing the PPAP Documentation (Production Part Approval Process).

Planning of Machine Loading for Development Components.

Involved in Process and Quality Control and checking of the Process.

Trouble shooting the faults occurring in Process and Component rectifies the faults in co-ordination with Customer.

Providing Technical solutions to the Operator.

Preparing the Initial Documents for all Process.

Co-ordinate for Progress of Implementation work.
