PRICOL Limited (founded as Premier Instruments and Controls Limited) is an automotive components and

precision engineered products manufacturer based in Coimbatore, India. It manufactures automotive

components for motorcycles, scooters, cars, trucks, buses, tractors and Off-road vehicles used in the construction

and Industrial segment. PRICOL manufacture sintered components and products for fleet management solutions.

Role : As Production Engineer, I was responsible for 1) daily production quantity check as per production

plan and daily rejection analysis and recording.

2) Daily verification of GH Sheet and maintain daily production data and circulating to team.

3) Monitoring and maintaining daily break down record. Machine tools and fixture.

4) Daily verification of Master and No good sample of different stages and training given to new operator

to process assembly (ESD Training, Product Knowledge.

Project Description: As a part of this project, power is generated using non-renewable energy source so

as to reduce cost of fuel and store this energy in a battery for further utilization. Latest and efficient

modern technology IOT has been predominantly utilized to reduce human efforts. Hybrid power

generation uses two conventional sources of energy Solar & Wind.
