Duties: Over 25 to 35 employees, hiring and firing, maintaining an OSC score of 3.0 to a 5.0 each period as well as quarterly. Gaining sales volume each year and in 3 1/2 yrs have went from a 1.2 million yearly sales up ro 2.0 million in sales yearly as of today. Great with labor management, scheduling, cash handling (even large deposits of cash). I worked as a cashier from. Feb. 1997 to August 1997 when I was promoted to Assistant Manager
(Middlesboro, Ky) I left in October 2007 to have more time with my children(I have 1 son who is autistic) and to continue my education. After graduating, I went to work for Tazewell, TN KFC for the summer, but was asked to be an Assistant to the GM and train. Some supervisors for her. I did and I left the company in March of 2016 to start on my Masters degree. A month later I was asked to go to the Morristown TN KFC to train managers for their new GM. I did so as a favor for the Area Manager. A year later the GM walked out and I had built a strong store filled with loyal and hard working team members and management and decided to postpone school and run the store. I am currently still there, 4 years later. Accomplishments other than training great staff, include: building sales from a 1.2 million dollar store to a 2 million dollar store, great inventory weekly and monthly, awarded best chicken in Morristown since 2016(annual award) every year, ROCC franchise inspections were always passed, Health Dept. Always passed., Out of 33 KFC stores owned by JRS Corp., Morristown was.in 3rd place with sale volume until around September of 2018, we then slipped into 1st place and continue to be in that spot currently.
