At the end of the shift, I closed out the staff, recorded daily data, and a nightly recap with the directors and owners.

Mixologist duties included knowledge of an extensive cocktail and food menu and customizing cocktails to a guest’s palate. Anticipating the needs of guests to surpass satisfaction while maintain an organized and clean working environment.
