Debugging Analysis:

Debugging the PCBA boards and report the analysis data.

Debugging the ICT and FCT Test.

Finding Problems in PCBA boards and sending mail to concern department to take action against the report in order maintain the quality of product and to avoid customer complaints.

Maintain 6s and ESD

Testing the boards in ICT and FCT in order confirmation of the analysis.

Rework the boards.

Products debugged are ROCHE.

Provided supply to find out the failure boards.

Production Department:

LineIncharge:

Manpower planning & line balancing.

Responsible for rejection control and consumable cost control.

Monitoring the part & product traceability throughout PTS/SFDC system.

Responsible for effective & efficient output of Assembly line.

Ensuring the materials availability for running and next product.

Line setup, startup and product changeover with minimum downtime.

Ensure proper 5’s, safety and work ethics in shop floor.

Conducting Daily Shift Meeting with All Technicians & Shift Line Leader for day to day activities(Daily Maintenance activities, plan Vs Actual etc).

Development of operator through multiskills.

Providing the On job training to Operators.

To monitoring production yield on hourly basis to achieve the production target.

To follow the FIFO production process & complete on time work order.

To maintain & proper identification of the production Machineries,equipments,test fixtures and materials.
