·I started as a Trail Guide, which included taking care of the customers and making sure their safety was top priority while conducting trail rides. This role also included being responsible for the horses and their wellbeing.

·I then was promoted to Assistant Manager, these duties included answering phone calls, cash management of the daily earnings, scheduling the trail rides and private lessons. This role also included overseeing all ranch hands, making sure that the entire Center is running smooth, including helping all ranch hands with their daily work, scheduling of any vet or farrier visits, and making sure every horse is physically checked morning and night for any concern that might come up.

COACH KIPS GYMNASTICS MARCH 2013 – DEC. 2016

·As a Couch, I was responsible for coaching ages 18 months to 18 years. Helped the kids with lessons from stretches and their safety, to helping the kids learn new routines.

·I was Promoted during my time at Kips, becoming a Supervisor. This role allowed me to continue being a Coach to the kids, as well as taking on more responsibility with handling all inbound calls and getting them to the right team member, help schedule future classes and lessons, as well as being involved with parents concerns and complaints that may come up.
