ADMINISTRATIVE, MANAGEMENT and TRAINING

Maintained countywide database for 800+ employees; created employee profiles in Trak It! which tracked employees training(s). Established library of training materials, videos, cds/dvds, satellite broadcasts, and webcasts for Duval County Health Department. Prepared and created training materials: online courses, guides, agendas, schedules, evaluations, and attendance forms. Generated agency-wide flyers/informational materials for trainings, satellite broadcasts, brown bag lunch series, and employee forums.

Participated in special project for K12, district, and state audits; reviewed 4000+ student files to ensure compliancy with regulations. Provided information regarding K12 Virtual Program, including required forms, legal and special education documents, FTE credits, Inter-/Intra-local attendance and Dual Enrollment agreements, status of enrollment, and answer general questions. Contacted parents, guardians and/or educational institutions to acquire state-mandated forms and records for school enrollment.

Verified and entered confidential demographic information into SAMS database for enrollment processing. Maintained accurate, complete student records as required by law, district policies, and administrative regulations. Prepared and distributed cumulative student records for requests from private, public, national, and international institutions.

Implemented and delivered instructional programs, curriculum, training procedures, and materials. Instructed computer courses, presented health trainings, and provided overview of HR benefits during New Employee Orientation. Worked closely with field management and subject matter experts to ensure training materials were effective, current, and compatible with company polices and standards. Scheduled and deployed training and development programs integrating organizational needs, resources, and constraints into the process. Assisted in the preparation and use of technical equipment for trainings and satellite broadcasts.
