• Duties:

o Manages 4 physical security contracts for Johns Hopkins University and Health Systems, including 2 command centers and a staff of 35 officers.

o Command center operations, customer/client relations, report writing, investigations, officer training, scheduling, and other admin duties.

o Manages contract IT hardware (Windows Desktops,

printers, routers, and digital cameras), and handles helpdesk requests for the sites Access Control System.

• Notable Accomplishments:

o While serving as a Lieutenant at the Avenue at

Whitemarsh I created a report logging database via MS: Access that aided the client in establishing their “Youth Escort Policy”.

o Was awarded a second contract that doubled my staff and duties due to my job performance.
