Study IFC drawings Architectural & Structural for drafting shop drawings
Report clashes in the IFC drawings to the Architectural Engineer
Coordination between Structural, MEP & architectural drawings.
Revise computer-aided designs and plans to comply with modified specifications during actual construction.
Developing Shop Drawings of Architecture General Arrangement (GA), Elevations, Longitudinal section, typical cross section, setting out details, Construction layout
& combined services layout, Block works, Ceramic tile layout, Screed, False ceiling. Preparing Details Drawings: Kitchen Details, Bathroom Details, Staircase Details, and Expansion Joint Details, Preparing Landscaping Drawings. Preparing Schedules: Finishes schedule, Door schedule & window schedules.
Preparing As built drawings in line with the submission schedule for handing over on completion of the project
Developing Sustainability Drawings for Estidama.
Update shop drawings as per the consultant comments for obtaining the final approval.
Developing of technical drawings from design sketches, rough sketches and engineering data.
Maintaining the backup of all submitted drawings & updating logs.
Study/Coordinate the submission of CAD drawings from various subcontractors and check for compliance with Client CAD Standards & Technical errors.
Work under direction of design professional and BIM Job Captain.
Update and modify drawings in both BIM and AutoCAD.
Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
Assist the Architectural Engineer to prepare RFIs & proposals.
Share knowledge & communicate with other technical team members.
Study drawings received from Client and quantity & material take-offs and preparing BOQ. & comparing Quantities with actual & BOQ.
Study Tender Documents and Preparing Packages for Various Sub contractors.
Documents forward to sub-contractors for quotation and follow up with them
Preparing tender and contract documents, BOQ.
Taking off Quantities, perform re measuring and Checking with BOQ. Technical Profile
