Oversaw a sales team of 15 that called on 850 accounts in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Assisted in the setting of monthly MBO’s (management by objectives) consisting of trend based sales goals and Points of Distribution goals. Provided support to supervisors and account representatives to ensure fulfillment of goals.
