Major customers are Tata Hitachi Construction Equipment Limited, Schwing Stetter, Ashok Leyland etc., I am working as Quality Control Manager in Adapter section handling a team of 20 persons and reporting to Director.

Worked in Bhavitron Powertec Pvt Ltd, Kakkalur, Tiruvallur (Near Chennai) as Production Manager from Jan 2017 to Jan 2019 (2 Years)

The Company is involved manufacturing Transformers, Rectifiers & Power panels which are used in train coaches for Integral Coach Factory, Perambur, Southern Railway- Chennai, South Central Railway- Hyderabad and Tirupathy. Overseen the production activity at Road Equipments plant from May 2008 to October 2008. From Nov 2008 onwards worked in Quality Assurance Dept as Incharge of incoming components from June 2010 to November 2012 worked as Inspection In charge(Receipt stage to Despatch) of concrete equipments (Transit Mixer, Concrete Pump & Batching Plant) and from December 2012 worked as Production In charge of Concrete pump and Batching plant area and reporting to DGM Manufacturing. To ensure quality of incoming components of Concrete equipments at stores.

Periodical quality audit at supplier's end and in plant quality audit at fabrication and machine shop.

Co ordination with Design dept for improvement in components.

Co ordination with quality dept for line rejections and initiating corrective action for the line rejection components. Inspection of SG Iron castings. Development of castings at supplier end.

Coordinating with purchase & Vendor Development Depts for getting corrective and preventive action from the suppliers for non-conforming products.

Overseeing the Plant Operations, Material Management, Production Activities, Factory Operations, Contractors Management, and Liaison with a team of 50 personnel. Reporting to Deputy General Manager – RMC.

Played a key role as a Plant Incharge for two RMC Plants at Coimbatore (One at Madukkarai and another at Brooke field’s site) and reporting to DGM – RMC at head office, Chennai.

Successfully liaison with Govt. Dept. likes Pollution Control Board, Inspector of Factories, Inspector of Labours (Weights and measures), Local panchayat office, Police, etc.

Coordination with marketing department for preparing schedule for concrete placing work at customer site.
