Filed public accommodation complaints to MCAD against Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Medium, Harvard Crimson, and Stanford Daily – more patent-related than one might think because the argument that a social medium Interactive Computer Service is a public accommodation providing a place of exhibition or entertainment dovetails with the development of a new proposed claim type for a computer-implemented invention

Dear Sir/Madam:

I am a Bell Labs/self-trained patent agent as well as a hardware and software engineer. My academic degrees (AB from Harvard and MPhil from Yale – the hyperlinks download transcripts) are in physics, which provides a good background for understanding inventions in practically any technological area including the life sciences. I have worked with medical technology in the past. I am not sure at which level I should consider myself. I have worked mostly on my own patent application, but I have written another application, and I prepared a preliminary amendment for a PCT application to enter the US national stage.

Regards,

Joachim Martillo
