Brief on Responsibilities

Acting as order handling Engineer:

Receiving the customer’s purchase orders from sales engineers.

Studying & verifying the terms & conditions, taxation, excise details of the customer’s purchase order.

Co-ordinate with the respective sales engineers or customers if any quarries.

Managing the flow of purchase orders towards the target during month ends.

Regular interaction with Sales Engineers for collecting orders from the Customer.

Involving in Physical Inventory.

Brief on Responsibilities:

Regular interaction with Sale Engineers for collection orders:

Follow ups for customer sale order, project orders for reaching monthly revenue.

Changing the Tax, Vat & Excise as per State & Central Budget:

Changing the Tax for all Pending order & partly delivered order.

Cross Verifying the Tax condition for fresh sale orders.

Amending the Excise duty for all Pending order & partly delivered order
