A. Security Forces - Medical City (SFMC) (Riyadh/ Jeddah) - KSA: The largest medical investment in the- Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) area, costing $7 billion. This initiative is aimed at providing state-of-the-art healthcare services to four million Saudis representing the MOI’s employees and their families, starting from The construction of two wide medical cities, each medical city will cover a total area of 2.5 million square meters.

B. CITY CENTRE DEVELOPMENT (Addis Ababa) - Ethiopia: This project Designed to be 25 to 30 stories high tower and podium, once completed, it will be the tallest tower in Ethiopia, the project is two parts the first is an 180,000 m2 total built up area four stories podium housing indoor parking for 600 cars, two level shopping mall with anchoring stores, 5 movie theaters, food court the total estimated cost is 120 million USD. C. King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Project for developing the Security Headquarters (Kap2c) (Abha & Najran) - K.S.A.: This project is spread over 44 sites among 5 zones in the country with a total construction area of over 3,5million square-meters. It is consists of a variety of building types including medical centers, training facilities, shooting ranges, clinics & forensic laboratories, recreational facilities, auditoriums and congregational facilities, mosques, shops, sports buildings and other institutional facilities.

A. Orphan Hospital (Sanaa) - Republic of Yemen: A children's hospital project is located in an area of 37,000 square meters consists of an administrative building consisting of 5 floors comprising many administrative offices and halls for meetings and conferences, the second part of the building is for outpatient clinics and lecture stands for doctors and nurses and this side of the building also consists of 4 floors in addition to "basement" and the main building of the children's hospital consists of 9 floors dedicated to patients' wards, the third part of the hospital is a modernly designed service building and parking. The hospital is attached to a large mosque costing alone about 2.9 million Qatari riyals.

B. ONE KATTAMEYA BUILDINGS (Cairo) - Egypt: This project consists of More than 12 types of buildings (office and residential) each one have around 2 Basements and 12 floors the total Built-Up Area is 160,000 sqm .

C. DEGLA PALMS MALLS (Cairo) - Egypt: A mega scale residential and commercial project of 5 shopping malls owned by Morshedy Group. Over 500 + 350 Fadden's several residential and commercial buildings were designed.

The shopping malls consisted of basement parking and 3-4 commercial floors, each with completely different arch design.

D. GARDENIA EL-SHAMS COMPOUND (Cairo) - Egypt: ElShams residential complex is built on 500,000sqm on four phases. HILAL Consultants took the job of structural design in phases 1, 2 and 3, more than 40 types in about 200 buildings in addition to the service buildings were successfully delivered. 3- Senior Technical Office Engineer at Dar for Trading and Construction (Detac). Responsibilities:

1- Provide and gather all the required technical documents such as drawings, manuals and instructions for construction team.

2- Conduct quantity surveying for all executed work. 3-Ensure the implementation of the Project Quality Plan. 4-Prepare time schedule for executed work versus planned. Follow up and log the cashing of invoices from the client.

5-Preparing monthly report presenting the current situation of executed work. 6-Ensure that all drawings, documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved by the consultant.

Royal City COMPOUND (Cairo) – Egypt: Al Babtain complex is built around 300,000 sqm on 3 phases, Detac scope of work is 6 types in about 52 buildings in addition to the service buildings. 4. Technical Office Engineer at 4th dimension Technical Support (Saudi Binladin Group partner)

King Abdullah Financial Center (KAFD) (Riyadh) – KSA: One of the largest existing projects and the only one of its kind in the Middle East, there are several sectors in the center as there are more than 59 high raise, the area of the center is 1.6 million square meters, it will include the main headquarters of the Financial Market Authority, the market Finance, banks, financial institutions.
