Responsible for provide on the job training as per plan for technician safety, EHS guideline, assign work and motivate to Electrician and Indent and inventory management.

Responsible for maintenance HVAC system worked in chiller, AHU (21 Nos), PAC (6 Nos), motor capacity 5 H.P. Temperature maintains in work station (22 C to 25 C), Temperature maintains in IDF & MDF (19 C to 21 C), high rating of MCCB, MCB, ACB, DG maintenance of 2000 KVA and do daily routine check and PM works, maintenance like fire indicator, fire panel, lighting, switch and sockets.

Responsible for UPS reading, KWH, Temperature reading of UPS, IDF, MDF &AHU room, WTP, STP and calculate power consumption and maintenance of Electrical Panel like Rising Mains, Popup box. Main incomer etc.

Ensure BMS system, SCADA & PLC monitoring system function are check for issue and follow up for closure of same.

Track the energy consumption on daily basis & observe the deviation and check report.

The carry out walkthrough of all the technical areas on random basis to check issues.

Check for status of equipment’s under break down condition & fallow up closure of same.

Ensure critical spare parts for Equipment’s are available – List to shared and fallow up for closure of all pending issues and abnormalities.

Coordinate for additional project – Sop small project testing and commissioning manpower planning, Coordinating with various contractor for project completion. Taking round of facility regularly to identify issue in Engineering and initiating immediate rectification action.

Be well versed with predictive maintenance activities like thermography.

Ensure technician fallow call when performing routine activities.

Analyze and preparing the documents such as check list of electrical room, Electrical DB, UPS room daily and weekly check list.

Worked is Schneider Electric under Teamlease as Associate Test Engineer (Oct2015-July 2018)

Responsibilities:

Directly Report to Test Manager

Responsible for UPS testing by Automatic & Manual Test in 3-phase Lab. There are following testing to do:

(a)Physically Inspection. (b) Hi Pot Test. (c) RS 232 Communication test.

(d) Low load Test (e) Auxiliary Power test (f) PFC performance test (g) Load transfer test

(h) Non-Linear Test (i) Overload Capacity test (j) Short Circuit test (k) Burin test Measuring value Harmonic to input and output side, Input and Output Voltage & Current, Crest factor, Observe spike and other distortion.

Since I am worked in 3 phase labs using of High rating of MCCB, ACB

Familiar of using ScopeCorder DL850V, CT.

Responsible for start-up, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.

Responsible for daily and monthly preventive maintenance of Labs, Battery bank and Load bank.

Responsible and fallow the Electrical safety rule SE425, LOCK OUT AND TAG, PPE.
