Check and maintain materials received at site and ensure that materials are handled properly.

Regular check of Vendor/Contractor cash flow management for smooth work at site.

Execution and Supervising of construction activities.

Managing the Site team and Contractor for best output.

Providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordination with site management.

Pre-structure inspection prior to concreting, from work integrity and strength, check and review survey, Line level.

Pressurized to Contractor for speedy work and achieve target on given time.

Material and labour planning. As per site requirement

Inspection and check material before construction use.

Post concrete inspection- check form work removal, curing, check for Honey comb or cracks.

Proficient in dealing with contractors and keeping them on track to meet the deadlines.

Preparing DPR (Daily Progress Report) up to date with different site activities and work and report to head office.

Check and verify Quality document and vendor’s bills and forward to head office.

Preparing and reviewing method statements, work specific quality control plans, as per specification of IS Code & contract document.

Preparing Project bill and submission to Client as per there Required documentation.

Reconciliation of project with respective Contractor.
