Strong knowledge of APQP & PPAP (PFD, CP, PFMEA, ECN, PSW, BOM, MSA,SPC,7QC,8D).

New Products carrying all the activities from product conceptual stage to customer’s approval, product validation, PPAP and smooth handover to production.

Designing and development of prototypes and carried out testing & trial prior to production.

Liaison with customers, understanding the requirements and translating them into suitable functional design.

Interactions with different department and vendors during development time.

Development of line includes development of important of tools, gauges and fixtures, preparing APQP Documents.

Feasibility study for new part with CFT team.

Active member in CFT for company-wide improvement projects.

SOR preparation as per customer requirements with drawing specifications.

Receive customer milestone for the new projects and prepare APQP timing plan.

Performing all activities as per APQP Plan & preparation and coordinate with customer

Coordinate with internal team to prepare and submit GR documents.

Implementation of ECN’s during/ after part development if any.

Responsible for conducting activity for New supplier development.

Responsible for making improvement at supplier’s end after conducting audit as per vendor development procedure.

Process qualification and validation.

Responsible for tool and part cost finalization with supplier.

Regular follow up with suppliers for tools & process development.

Travel to customers to clarify their expectations and build good working relationships.
